Ticket Terms

 1. General Policy

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or transfers once your purchase has been completed.

This includes situations such as changes in personal circumstances, travel issues, or non-attendance.

2. WhiskyWolf’s Role

WhiskyWolf acts solely as a ticket distributor on behalf of the event organiser.

We are not responsible for organising, managing, or delivering the event itself.

All matters relating to the running or quality of the event are the responsibility of the organiser.

If you have questions or concerns about the event, please contact the organiser directly. Their contact details (where available) will appear on your ticket.

3. Event Changes or Cancellations

If the event is cancelled, rescheduled, or significantly changed, WhiskyWolf will share any updates provided by the organiser with ticket holders.

Refunds or credits, if applicable, will only be issued at the organiser’s discretion.

WhiskyWolf cannot authorise or process refunds unless instructed by the event organiser.

4. Consumer Rights (UK Law)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, tickets for leisure or entertainment events scheduled for a specific date or period are exempt from the 14-day “cooling-off” period.

This means you are only entitled to a refund after purchase if the event is cancelled by the organiser.

5. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a ticket through WhiskyWolf, you acknowledge and agree to these Ticket Terms and our no-refund policy.

WhiskyWolf acts only as the ticket distributor and not as the event organiser.
